Hi! I am Carlos and my passion is BBQ. What excites me the most is that you can only get the best results with a lot of patience and experience. My favorite dish is the beef brisket. I grill with every grill: charcoal, pellets, electric, plancha, portable, etc ... my preference is my pellet grills, they don't bother my neighbors and I can sleep in peace.

My passion is slow & low. This means that the meat is cooked very slowly at a low temperature. The result is an explosion of taste and very tender meat. Of course I can also do steaks :)
